No. If there are more western teams to play at UCLA and USC - fewer midwestern
teams need to come play at USC and UCLA each year. Especially if B1G creates pods and u play every team in your pod every year and other teams once in a while.
I do think B1G could use another 4 from PAC to get a 6 team western pod. They do not need more than that. But, hey, take BYU and u while u are at it.
