the eventual pay scale with 20+ years and a masters or more, pays really well
somewhere around $115-120k. But starting out it sucks.
She does get an extra 7% for being the AD, but still, luckily we are not relying on her salary to live.

they start off low in CA, my wife makes < $47,000 as a first year credentialed
