Don't forget to check the valve stem. The last one I couldn't initially find
turned out to be the washers on the valve stem, something that didn't use to be an issue back when valve stems got swapped with the tire change. Now that they don't get touched as they're part of the TPMS, those washers do eventually go bad.

If that's it, the good news is it can be a cheap DIY fix. The bad news is you have to pop the bead to get to it.
