well, I balked at 10K on the rower yesterday, just couldn't get myself motivated... but I had seen another workout on
a group I frequent on FB, so I programmed it into EXR (think of it like Zwift for a rower), and rowed it... I didn't feel too bad afterward, and I was miffed that EXR didn't get my HR data into the C2 app, so I reprogrammed it into Ergdata and rowed it again... just for fun.
So, no 10K, but I did get 5600m and about 38 minutes of cardio on the rowerg.
Then, while I cooled down, I watched some of my employees doing some weightlifting, and they were murdering "bent over back raise (barbell)" so I had to step in and do some coaching... you know, pay it forward
