Be sure to tip your driver. If you don't your order will likely sit around for
a while before it gets stacked with an order that actually tipped. Even then the driver will deliver the tipped order first so your food shows up extra cold.

If you tip well, a driver will instantly snag it and do their best to complete it quicky for a solid $/hr.

IMO: Tip at least 5 dollars, then calculate the miles to the restaurant and make sure your tip is at least somewhere around 1.50-2 dollars per mile. Drivers look at $/mile.

Doordash pays a base pay around $2.50, almost no matter the mileage to deliver. So if you're 10 miles away, nobody will touch it.
