I doubt NIL will, but the general direction of College football is affecting
my fandom. It's pretty much turning into semi pros with no regulations and no push for parody.

Most professional sports put install a salary cap and draft to push parody into the sport. College football in the past 20 years has been dominated by a couple teams and those teams now control the power in deciding how the next generation of college football will be. So you better believe they will set it up to have even less parody. It's a garbage system that delivers a predictable champion every year.

And when there is a cinderella story, like TCU, people criticize the selection committee for including them when they get blown out, just emphasizing the need for less parody.
