If you think LES is fine as it is, that's cool. I get both sides pro and con renovation. I think with such a great atmosphere and picturesque setting it would be nice to get some exterior updates. Probably wouldn't hurt recruiting either - which we are currently bottom of the league.
But, like I said I get both points.
