I don't know why people have such a hard time with transferring seats. There is
a super easy way to do it that is fully 100% within the rules to do it (this is assuming end zone seats which appears to be the situation here):

Step 1: Make sure the old season tickets holder still has the option to renew his seats - but don't have them renew them yet.

Step 2: Have the new prospective season ticket holder request a purchase window (as long as they are a CC member they should get a time slot during the renewal window if they ask).

Step 3: coordinate between both accounts and wait until the new holder's window is up for seat selection.

Step 4: the old ticket holder releases his tickets, making them available for others to purchase.

Step 5: the new ticket holder IMMEDIATELY selects the seats for purchase before someone else is able to grab them.

It's not foolproof, but it's a high probability of working if your only concern is transferring ownership to someone else. The only thing you miss out on is that you can't transfer priority status from one person to another - but that's not something that SHOULD be transferred IMO.
