Intervention Needed
For those familiar with the San Diego area, they've had insane rain totals the last 48 hours. Palomar Observatory
leading the way with 10.6". And much of the rest of the county has had close to half of it's average annual rainfall in the last 2 days.

Do they have basins to store water...or does it just go into the ocean?
