Solved it.. "The Babe" is Tom Hackett
He's Australian.. So he knows what a "Ute muster" is (he probably owned a Ute truck growing up down under).
He played for Utah..
His Utah Roster bio says he majored in 'parks, recreation and tourism'.. which is probably Australian for 'gender studies' (in @karenfromutahs bio)
He had a short stint with the Jets..
