I would say most people want those things, but also every company claims to have

them, making it a useless exercise.

But there’s a reason why they advertise it. Nobody wants a company with a bad culture where people are incompetent and the pay isn’t competitive. The trick is to know someone on the inside who can confirm or deny which of them actually are true or not.
