Don't need to know anyone personally. Watch the tape.
Listen to former players--guys with NFL and BYU expereince--evaluate the scheme and players. There are 100% issues in both places, but they all come back to scheme and playcalling as the bigger culprit. And I beleive them when I watch them review tape.
Players are making mistakes. Tackling is not great. GOtta coach them up, hold them accountable, and scheme them to help them make plays. Our scheme is too reactive right now and it is not working. Not since 2017. That is an issue.
