Dodd is an actual national CFB reporter. No surprise Dodd reporting coming out shortly after Yormark tenure officially begins. He is running the show now and is feeding the media what he wants them to hear. I'm sure he'll do the same with Pete Thamel, Brett McMurphy and Max Olsen. He wants them to know they are working with Shapiro and that he has the B12 leaders buzzing with excitement. He wants them to know they reached out to Minnesota. Minnesota? Everything is on the table.

The PAC media mouthpieces don't really have the Big12 perspective in their reporting. They have a few ADs sharing their thoughts and opinions, but even they admit they don't have all the details (incl the mystical ESPN offer and terms).
