Most of you have probably seen that I've been experimenting with NIL this year. Starting this month, we've settled into a new plan for our Insider subscribers, and one that will help her more athletes paid.

As you probably have heard, most of the NIL money goes to a small percentage of athletes. The rest are just happy to make a few bucks here and there, especially during the summer when their stipend is less.

For our Insider subscribers, we're trying to have one player post and answer questions each day Mon -Thu. On Friday, we'll post an interview with a player, and that same player will generally be the player posting on Monday.

We're hoping this will allow us to spread the NIL love around, and also give our subscribers more opportunities to get to know more players. Hopefully that will also lead to more opportunities for them outside of CougarBoard.

I'm currently taking a substantial loss each month to run the Insiders group. In the end, I hope it will be good for CougarBoard either way. I have no intention of this being a major money making part of CougarBoard, so I plan to increase payouts if there is more money coming in to the Insiders subscriptions than is going out in NIL money to the players.
