Cougarbib Intervention Needed

We should play Utah State every year - always in Provo - take it or leave it. A

P5 with a 9 game conference schedule should never play a non-conference road game in a relatively small stadium when it can get G5 and FCS to play 1 and done in Provo.

Non conference should be this.:

Home and away or neutral vs Utah every season
1 and done Home FCS or FBS
Home vs USU, BSU, SDSU, or UNLV
