But to throw salt on the wound even though contractually it satisfies the Neutral site stipulation, technically and for TV it’s considered a home for ND. They get the bulk of the seats and BYU only gets a hair over 20%.

Solution is to buy tixs from the ND website. Did that for the 2012 game.
