the real estate industry in Utah is a cess pool of "get rich quick" types, and allot of them you look at every week in church. I'm in the mortgage business, and I'm getting really sick of people asking me to help them with "fraud".

Yes, when someone wants to refinance their 'speculative' construction loan into an owner occupied home loan, and THEY DON'T LIVE IN THAT HOUSE OR PLAN ON LIVING IN THAT HOUSE, then it's considered a ILLEGAL LOAN!!!

So it's not just MLM's that are a problem in Utah county or Utah in general. There are allot more industries with better reputations then MLM's that could use allot of reform!!
