If he comes to BYU, he’ll have a real good shot at being QB1. Because he’s

really talented. And Hall will have a really good shot at it, too, because he’s talented and knows the offense and teammates well.

It adds up fine because a talented player without character issues makes your team better, period. BYU has a good QB situation, having a guy like Dart in the QB room would make it a great QB situation. It’s really that simple.
