He did great things last year, sure. Against a pretty weak schedule. Tuiaki is a great individual I'm sure.
And I am also sure that he tries VERY hard and wants to be the best at his craft. He also needs to have some self-awareness that his scheme just doesn't work. Until he can start making adjustments, fans aren't going to treat him well (whether that is justified or not).
