SinkingQuffa Intervention Needed
A couple things going for Sequoias: they grow in less dense forests
granted, it's dry forest — so it's naturally more vulnerable to fires, but also far more susceptible to nature-caused fire — which is why the trees in that area generally are much more fire-resistant than the trees in moister regions like the Redwood & Oak forests of California.

The needles & branches of the largest Sequoias are often safely above the surrounding trees. They also rarely grow close to one another like Redwood & Oak.
