I know a decent amount about that home/property. Sad/crazy story that some on here are likely familiar with. It is where

the plastic surgeon and his fiance lived and were found after a murder-suicide back in 2012.

It is currently owned by Tom Dickson, the founder of BlendTec. He bought the property in 2013. Must have changed his mind on it.
