Especially not back then. Even at U - PAC 12 is part of the secret sauce for
recruiting. Way back in the day, Whitt and Bronco were both rookie coaches. Whit had a boost in recruiting from coattails of Urban Meyer staff he was on.
Bronco had the 3 year losing streak dragging on his recruiting.
Now. Both are proven head coaches. Edge goes to Whitt, but the gap is small.
