Zaperoco just opened in Lehi
They have arepas, and a few other things (but no cachapas). I tried the cabimera arepa and thought it was delicious. It's in the Lehi Macey's shopping center, over by Porky's Kauai. They have odd hours: 9am-12pm and 6pm-9pm.

There are a few places in SL County that do cachapas. RicArepa, Andenitas, and Sabor Latino, but I haven't tried any of them.
