Microsoft, Nvidia, and Google are backing Epic and have all testified.

All three have game streaming apps they want on the app store but can not because of Apple’s policies that removed these apps. Yet streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu both exist and they essentially use the same end user technology to stream content to you. There is arguments for apps like Shadow and Steamlink that do a similar thing and are still up on the store.

Apple said to Microsoft they would have to individually submit each game on their Xbox Game Pass service as separate streaming apps.

So that is also some how part of this trial.
