About two years ago something happened to 5 Star... did I hear they got new

owners? the did fix the place up quite a bit.. heard they opened one in Provo that didn't last long... reworked the menu AND the Brisket and the Ribs went WAAAAAY down hill... last time there, my grandson's ribs were just gross.... just covered with liquid smoke ... disgusting.. he couldn't eat them. I used to love the marbled brisket... but the last two times in there it was just SOOOO disappointing....
