what kind are you getting?
i did the no needle vasectomy with vasectomypro here in utah and i had small amount of soreness for a day or two but that was bout it. for the first couple of hours i had this faint feeling of being racked but all in all it was easy. i followed their advice about refraining from physical activities so i would just recommend you do the same. it's been 9 months now no problems and even better, no more kids!!!
