Walmart released a second wave last night and tweeted they are selling more on
the 22nd.
So I could see there still being a few waves of preorders at other retailers as well.
Make sure you are logged in, with your set address and preferred payment method, based on reddit, seemed like more people had better luck using their phone, rather than a computer to make the purchase last night.
