What I'm saying is - there are definitely P5 programs that are much worse than BYU. Worse teams, worse coaches, worse facilities, worse everything, to be honest.
And there are also G5 programs that are better than BYU. And also better than some of the P5 programs.
Saying "P5 program" is really meaningless. I mean, are you talking Alabama or Kansas? Indiana or Oklahoma? Iowa State or Michigan? And G5 - are you talking UNLV or Boise State? Rice or Central Florida?
These are generalities to be sure. And generally P5 is better than G5. But to say that BYU sells players a P5 and gives them a G5 experience - it isn't quite that simple.
