Totems has history in the area and was the name of a former Seattle hockey team
Plus it's unique and there's a lot you could do with it in terms of logos and colors.
Whales is unserious. Maybe Orca, because they're part of the wildlife here, but underwhelming on many levels.
Kraken is fine. "Release the Kraken" is a good slogan, and it incorporates some cool Seattle elements.
