I’ve been buying Costco marinated tri-tips to grill. Last time I went, Costco was out. I decided to buy one from Sam’s
Club. What a terrible mistake. The quality of the Sam’s Club tri-tip was poor. Way too much fat and sinewy. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Does Costco tend to have good pork butt, brisket and ribs???

Pork butts are boneless - much prefer bone in

I’ve heard that Costco had changed and are now bone in.

Thanks. I’ll buy one of those next time I’m at Costco.

I had a Costco marinated one (steakhouse?) and it tested like hot dog. Much

Another vote to steer clear of the marinated.
