Really what’s the risk?
I’m in pretty good shape, as I exercise 5 times a week and I’m not overweight anymore like I was a couple of years ago.
So what’s the reasonable range for a male in his forties who’s in good health?

Mine RHR is around 45. When is it considered too low?

Go see a doctor. My MIL is undergoing tests for a RHR that low

If your resting heart is much under 60 you may want to check on a pace maker.
