I've got a mish mash of tools from DeWalt, Rigid, Milwaukee, and Black and
Decker. I do a lot of DYI work and everything has held up well (finished basement, renovated rental home, renovated bathroom and kitchen, etc).
I actually really like Black and Decker for a budget tool. I've used the crap out of my 20v drill/driver and it just keeps going. B&D is made by the same company that makes DeWalt. I'm sure DeWalt is better, but that little Black and Decker cost less than half of what the similar DeWalt costs, and has really been a good tool. We also have a Black and Decker weed eater that uses the same battery and it has held up for a couple of years so far.
