That's because he projects as an All Purpose Back
and not a franchise back. But as an APB, his stock is good. He'll return punts and KO's in the NFL and play in the slot as a big elusive receiver against linebackers. Curtis can run in traffic so he's got a lot more opps than some backs that can only rush have except they have lousy hands. Curtis has exceptional hands and hangs onto the ball. There is room for all types of backs in the NFL. Teams with virsitile players tend to win.
