Either hired his Dad or did not and if we did, we did it whenever
we did and in whatever capacity we did. Obviously, nobody would expect to hire the father of a high profile athlete and expect that to go unnoticed.
Since we are all speculating, I will speculate that they hired his Dad. His Dad started wishing his son played there. His son started wishing he played there. And then his son told $80K. Maybe BYU should pay the $80L back and call it even.
