So - was it the wrong decision to fire Detmer? Try to get that clear in your

The decision to fire Detmer was either right, wrong, or a coin toss regardless of whether Tuiaki deserved to be fired or not.
The Tuiaki - retention - also stands on it's own merits. That was also either right, wrong or a coun toss.
Similarly, the Sitake retention and extension standards on it's own merits. It was either right, wrong, or a coin toss.
