For better or worse, Sweet Pork Fresh Mex and Pastrami Burgers are most typical
food from Utah, in my opinion. Those are uniquely Utah inventions. So I can understand recommending them to visitors with fries/fry sauce on the side and a creamery (BYU or USU) scoop for dessert.
FTR, I really like both.
