All-American
only lately - but it took a while
IMO - the meat at Cafe Rio has a stronger flavor. The rice, beans, and salsa at Costa Verde have a stronger flavor.

The sweet pork is the only reason I ever eat at either. The shrimp tacos at CV aren't close to as good as Bajios were.
