It doesn’t matter. There are only up to 10 base pair mutations from the MOST
strand. This includes error from PCR replication.
There is NO weak strands or at least no evidence to suggest this.
Weakens strands are NOT replicating. Weakens strands die and are unable to infect.
If they were weakened we would be seeing them in the genome sequencing and we are NOT.
