Sure, let's have that conversation. But let's not start the conversation from a premise as ill-considered as "we don't shut down the economy over seasonal flu" and not acknowledge that this is a very different animal. And don't start from the conclusion that we don't take more drastic action on seasonal flu because we've decided those 80,000 lives weren't worth saving.
