I’ve been on he one at Disney World twice
First time was opening weekend. We were boarding group 63 and they called us at 4:30, then the ride promptly went down for 2.5 hours.
Second time we were group 34 and got to ride at 8:30 am. It goes down allllll the time here.

Why would boarding group tickets run out in the first minute? Is ride capacity such that they can't get everyone
