The problem really remains anatomy. Until you can stop the brain from moving in
a persons skull, you’re gonna keep getting concussions. Helmets help tremendously, but only so much can be done to stop inertia.

I feel so bad for Guarantano when he has to deal with Pruitt. Its like watching a kid with a verbally abusive parent

Pruitt seems like a huge jerk, but supposedly Guarantano has gotten into trouble for changing the play

What do studies conclude about the evolving designs of helmets?

I don’t know there is much they can do. You’d need a cushion inside the skull.

Anyone know whether concussions or micro concussions cause CTE?

I'm sure it doesn't help. I believe some concussions result in permanent injury

I'll give Kalani credit here. He always seems to protect his players. Even if

Was Hall even cleared to play? If not the decision was made for him

Kalani told Romney he was starting on Wednesday. So he made the decision early

There is that possibility. It's also a possibility that they named a starter

We may never know that, but he was fully participating in practice...

BYU does't let them fully practice until they have been cleared.

Yes he was. Players are not allowed to practice until they have cleared concussion protocols.

I thought kalani said he was cleared to practice but that he essentially failed

From what I have seen at practice they run through most drills but no 11's, or they blow the whistle when any1 gets near

I know what they released to the media, but they are much more protective with them until fully cleared
