Not true...
we've had this conversation in other threads for several days in a row now.
Huntley averages 22 pass attempts per game. Of those 3 attempts travel over 20 yards in the air and 4 attempts travel over 10 yards in the air but less than 20 yards so 7 of his 22 attempts per game could be considered "downfield". That really isn't very many so yes he does dink and dunk his way for the most part as 2/3 of his throws are for under 10 yards.
