Lots of LDS guys have proven on the field that they can handle the tough game of football. You don't have to be an animal, but you have to be a different person on the football field. Unless you want to be nice and lose.
You made a lot of valid points. Just thought 4 was a little odd. The common Joe on the BYU campus would have a hard time handling the toughness of the game. The scholarship players don't.
