All coaching experience counts. Your post about his inexperience is incomplete

misleading. He has actually had more progression and success as a coach than Kalani. I am not claiming he is an elite coach, but at least list all of his experience in one place and put an asterisk on the defensive jobs if you must.

Edward's was a defensive coach who somehow transformed into a head coach with the most innovative offense of his time.
