There's always business school rankings, admission rates, mug shots,
fan interactions (true, false, or embellished), 35 year old national championships, 30-40 year old national awards, stadium size, etc. to keep them feeling good. Lots of people on here have mastered the art of smack talking things other than actual football games.
But I would appreciate it if they were at least accurate. Bringing up attendance based on the appearance of a crowd during a rainy halftime is sloppy trash talking. They can do better than that.
