My favorite movie. I want to show it to my 17 year old son but my wife
Doesn’t want me to. Unfortunately nothing can recreate the experience of seeing it in the theater when it first came out.
I’d never seen anything that realistic at the time. I felt like I needed to duck my head from the bullets in Normandy. Now many movies have recreated similar scenes in action movies and I am worried it won’t be as impactful as a result.
