Pick one and only take that one.
I’d personally say take 975 mg of Tylenol every 6 hours without fail for a few days and then do the dilaudid as needed, meaning don’t take the Percocet.
Read the instructions on how they ordered it first though, may be having the dilaudid one for breakthrough if Percocet doesn’t do the trick
