I can understand not wanting to have give access till 30 or so.

So they have motivation to start a career. But this w2 matching nonsense seems like peiple still want to control their kids from beyond the grave.

There is more to life than money, and being deserving of family wealth is not even close to what shows up in a w2. It baffles me.
