I'm sure you could make improvements to the experience at any stadium in America. But tweeting a whole laundry list of changes you want to see has to impact the folks in charge at BYU running the show now. That can't feel good coming from somebody important to the program at the moment. I wouldn't call it insulting but criticizing what BYU football has going on right in such a public forum just seems awkward. It seems like it would be more dilpomatic to make some suggestions behind the scenes.

Also, for me, what I really want to see is wins and TDs.
