If you want to try and equate the system to college football then that is how I would loosely view it. Trying to correlate wins from CBB to CFB doesn't work all that well as there are HUGE differences in SOS in CBB even within the same conferences due to the large number of non-conference games combined with the wider spread of talent relative to CFB.
